Made of 1018 Steel with a Black Oxide Finish. 1/2″ Bolt Size. Features a double action, adjustable nose which exerts clamping pressures both downward and inward through a 45° angle. Noses have serrations for better gripping of non-finished or semi-finished workpieces. Tapered slots prevent the clamp from sliding off of the workpiece during tightening. Length “A” is calculated with nose raised 1/8”. Clamp Washer is included with each Edge Clamp. Low Profile Nose provides a greater machining clearance. Fits the following Mori Seiki: Dura Vertical 5060, Dura Vertical 5080, Dura Vertical 5100, and NH4000.
