This is a 100% USA made hydraulic bottle jack that is rated at 8-Ton capacity. It is part of our Hi-Range Hydraulic Bottle Jack production line and is taller than our standard model equivalent. This is similar to our D-51013 Model but it is a low temperature version with special seals and oil allowing it to operate in -50 degree Fahrenheit external conditions. Repair kits are available. Description
The collapsed height is 11″, the extended height is 23-1/4″, and the overall lift is 12-1/4″. Up to 33% more lifting height over standard hydraulic models. Hi-Range models feature larger rams, larger bases and larger pumps than the comparable standard model. Heavy-duty 65-45-12 ductile iron American-made castings for both the base and head cap of each model. Electroless nickel plated steel ram & steel pump piston prevent and protect against rust. Machined base castings have smooth surfaces and tight tolerances to increase longevity. The large base provides a wide stance and positive load support. It has a 50% safety overload factor per ASME/PASE hydraulic jack standards. There is a safety fluid bypass system that prevents the user from overloading/damaging the jack so it cannot be used beyond the ASME/PASE load-limiting standard. The Ram stop ring prevents the ram from being overextended.
The item also includes a two-piece 21″ long zinc plated handle set. The National Stock Number (NSN) for this jack model is: 5120-01-480-0700.
