Description
Water, dirt and oil aerosols in your compressed air supply can cause paint blistering, premature wear of air tools, air line rust or freeze up and many hours spent draining tanks, air lines and regulators. The Saylor-Beall 8-Step System delivers a reliable supply of clean, dry compressed air in one complete, tank mounted package. Desiccant dryer is sized to supply compressed air with a -40F pressure dew point at 100% compressor output. 150 psi Max Working Pressure. Coalescing filter removes 99.99% of oil aerosols and particles to 0.025 microns.
American-made cast iron Two-Stage Reciprocating Compressor Pump (#PL-4500 Pressure Lubricated Pumps). Standard features include a Belt Guard-mounted Air-Cooled Aftercooler, mechanical type Auto Tank Drain, Refrigerated Air Dryer with Auto Separator, and a Coalescing Filter with Auto Drain. Electric Motors are nationally known brands having dual voltage; drip-proof type; includes multiple belts and V-drive sheaves; runs @ 1800 rpm. Air Tanks have 200 psi Working Pressure; Tank Drains and Service Valves.
Compressor Pumps include Centrifugal Unloader, Oil Sight Gauge, flywheel with V-Grooves, and an intake filter/silencer. Start/Stop Controls have the pressure switch set @ 145-175 psi. Air Gauge has a 0-300 psi range. Safety Valves are ASME Approved. All units are painted and shipped with oil in the crankcase; all units are tested and inspected at the factory before shipment. Outside Dimensions: 85″ L x 34″ W x 65″ H. Bolt Down Dimensions: 40″ L x 19″ W.
